What data we collect

When you fill in the enrollment form, we collect:

• the child's full name (when enrolling a child) or the student's full name (when enrolling yourself)
• the parent's/legal guardian's full name (when enrolling a child)
• year of birth
• phone number
• email address
• the district of Riga convenient for classes
• the site language used when submitting the form

Purpose of processing

We use the data solely to contact you, confirm the enrollment, and arrange attendance in the chosen group.

Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), given by ticking the consent checkbox before submitting the form. If the application is for a child, consent is given by their parent or legal guardian.

Who receives the data

Form data is automatically forwarded to us by email via Resend (resend.com), which acts as a data processor used solely for the technical delivery of the message. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Processing carried out by Resend is governed by that service's own privacy policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Retention period

We retain the data received no longer than necessary to contact you and organize classes, and delete it once correspondence is complete, unless a longer retention period is required by law or separately agreed with you.

Cookies

The website does not use cookies for visitor analytics, advertising, or tracking. The chosen interface language is remembered using the browser's localStorage, the contents of which are never sent to us and never leave your device. If analytics or advertising cookies are introduced in the future, a separate consent banner will be shown before they are used.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access your personal data and receive a copy of it
• request correction of inaccurate data
• request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• restrict the processing of your data
• withdraw your consent to processing at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal
