Consent to Personal Data Processing

What exactly you are agreeing to

By ticking the checkbox on the enrollment form, you confirm that:

• you voluntarily provide the personal data indicated in the form (name, year of birth, phone, email, district, and, for a child's enrollment, the parent's details as well);
• you allow Breika Skola Rīga to process this data to contact you and organize classes, as described in the Privacy Policy;
• you have read the Privacy Policy and agree to the terms set out in it.

Consent on behalf of a child

If the application is made for a minor, the checkbox is ticked by their parent or legal guardian, confirming that they are acting on the child's behalf and in their interest.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to breikingaskola@gmail.com or calling +371 20070034. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

What happens if you do not give consent

Without ticking the checkbox, the enrollment form cannot be submitted, because without consent we are not entitled to process the personal data provided and therefore cannot contact you about enrolling in classes.
